Error Codes Explained

If you're seeing an error message or code on Durioo+, here's what it means and how to fix it quickly.

"Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." (General error)
The app encountered an unexpected issue.

Fix: force close the app, wait 10 seconds, and reopen. If it persists, check your internet connection and try again.

"No internet connection" / "Unable to connect"
Your device cannot reach the Durioo+ servers.

Fix:
1. Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data is on.
2. Open another app (e.g. YouTube) to confirm your connection works.
3. Restart your router.
4. See: Videos Keep Buffering or Won't Load

"Your subscription has expired" or "Upgrade to VIP to watch this"
You are on Free Tier or your VIP subscription has lapsed.

Fix:
1. Log out and log back in — subscription may not have synced.
2. Check your subscription is still active in your Google Play / App Store account.
3. See: I Paid but I'm Still on Free Tier

"Too many devices" / "Device limit reached"
You have reached the maximum number of simultaneous streams (VIP = 4, Free Tier = 1).

Fix: Stop playback on another device, then try again. See: Device Limit Reached — How to Remove a Device

"This content is not available in your region"
The show or video you're trying to watch has regional licensing restrictions.

Fix: This cannot be bypassed — the content is not licensed for your country. Browse other available titles or contact us if you believe this is an error.

"Video unavailable. Please try again later."
Temporary issue with the content delivery server.

Fix:
1. Try a different show to check if the issue is content-specific.
2. Wait 5–10 minutes and try again.
3. If only one specific show has this issue, contact us with the show name — it may be a content encoding issue.

"Session expired. Please log in again."
Your login session has timed out.

Fix: Log out completely and log back in using your registered email and OTP or password.

"Cannot play on this device"
Your device may not meet the minimum requirements, or a DRM (content protection) issue has occurred.

Fix:
1. Ensure your device is Google-certified (Android) or iOS 15.1+ (iPhone/iPad).
2. Clear the app cache.
3. Uninstall and reinstall Durioo+.
