Device Limit Reached - How to Remove a Device

Durioo+ VIP allows you to stream on up to 4 devices at the same time.

If you see a message saying you have reached your device limit, it means too many devices are currently signed in. You can fix this by removing a device you no longer use.

Remove a device you still have access to

  1. Open the Durioo+ app on the device you want to remove.

  2. Go to Settings or My Account.

  3. Tap Manage Devices or Sign Out.

  4. Sign out of that device.

Signing out frees up a slot so you can sign in on your new device.

If you cannot access the old device

If you no longer have the old device (lost, sold, or broken), contact our team and we will remove it for you.

Email us at support@duriooplus.com or chat via anisa.durioo.com. Let us know the email address on your account and which device you want removed.

Tips

  • Sign out of devices you no longer use regularly. This keeps your device slots free.

  • If you share your account with family members in your household, make sure each person signs out after watching on a shared device.
