How Do I Confirm My Cancellation Was Successful?

Cancelling your Durioo+ subscription is not always confirmed with an email from us — it depends on which platform you used to subscribe. Use the steps below to verify your cancellation went through, so you are not charged again.

Who manages your cancellation?

  • Subscribed via Durioo+ website (get.duriooplus.com) → managed by Durioo+ directly

  • Subscribed via Google Play Store → managed by Google

  • Subscribed via Apple App Store → managed by Apple

Not sure which one? Check your email inbox for your original payment receipt — it will be from either Google, Apple, or Durioo+/Stripe.

✅ Google Play subscribers — how to confirm

  • Open Play Store → profile icon → Payments & SubscriptionsSubscriptions → Durioo+

  • It should show "Cancelled" or a final expiry date (e.g. "Access until 15 July 2026") instead of a next-payment date

  • Google sends a cancellation confirmation email — check inbox and spam

  • You will not receive a separate email from Durioo+
