How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
How you cancel depends on where you subscribed — Google Play, Apple, or the Durioo+ website. Cancelling in the wrong place is the most common reason people keep getting charged. Choose your platform in the tabs below.
⚠️ Important: Deleting the Durioo+ app does NOT cancel your subscription.
Not sure where you subscribed? Check your email for your original payment receipt: Google receipts come from Google Play, Apple receipts from Apple, and website subscriptions from Durioo+/Stripe.
Open the Play Store app
Tap your profile icon (top right)
Tap Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
Select Durioo+
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts
✅ Confirm it worked: the subscription now shows "Cancelled" or "Expires on [date]" instead of "Next payment." Google also emails you a confirmation.
Note: Durioo+ cannot cancel Google subscriptions for you — Google's privacy policy requires you to cancel from your own device.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Select Durioo+
Tap Cancel Subscription
✅ Confirm it worked: Durioo+ now shows "Expires on [date]" instead of a renewal date. Apple also emails a confirmation to your Apple ID email.
Note: Durioo+ cannot cancel Apple subscriptions for you — Apple's privacy policy requires you to cancel from your own device.

Open the Durioo+ app → tap Settings → Account Info → Cancel, or fill in the cancellation form directly: https://form.jotform.com/251051121073439
For subscription method, make sure 'Durioo Website' is selected → submit
You keep access until the end of your current billing period
✅ Confirm it worked: you'll receive a cancellation confirmation email from Durioo+ (allow up to 24 hours).
⚠️ Please submit the form only once — duplicate submissions within a few hours are ignored by the system.
