How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

How you cancel depends on where you subscribed — Google Play, Apple, or the Durioo+ website. Cancelling in the wrong place is the most common reason people keep getting charged. Choose your platform in the tabs below.

⚠️ Important: Deleting the Durioo+ app does NOT cancel your subscription.

Not sure where you subscribed? Check your email for your original payment receipt: Google receipts come from Google Play, Apple receipts from Apple, and website subscriptions from Durioo+/Stripe.

  1. Open the Play Store app

  2. Tap your profile icon (top right)

  3. Tap Payments & SubscriptionsSubscriptions

  4. Select Durioo+

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts

Confirm it worked: the subscription now shows "Cancelled" or "Expires on [date]" instead of "Next payment." Google also emails you a confirmation.

Note: Durioo+ cannot cancel Google subscriptions for you — Google's privacy policy requires you to cancel from your own device.
