Not Receiving Your OTP or Login Email? Here's How to Fix It

OTP emails are sent instantly when you request them — but they can sometimes be delayed or filtered before reaching your inbox. Follow the steps below and you should be logged in within minutes.


⚡ Before anything else — check these two things

1. Are you using the correct email address?
You must enter the exact email you used when you first subscribed or registered with Durioo+. Even a small difference (a missing dot, gmail vs googlemail) means no OTP arrives.

💡 Not sure which email you used? Search your inbox for any past email from support@durioo.com, or a payment receipt from Google, Apple, or Stripe — those show your registered email.

2. Wait 2–3 minutes
OTP emails are usually instant but can be delayed up to 3 minutes depending on your email provider.


Step 1 — Check your spam or junk folder
The most common reason OTPs go missing.

  1. Open your email app

  2. Check Spam, Junk, or Promotions

  3. Look for an email from support@durioo.com or Durioo+

  4. Found it? Copy the OTP and log in

  5. Prevent it next time: mark as "Not Spam" and add support@durioo.com to your contacts


Step 2 — Request the OTP again

  1. Back on the Durioo+ login screen, double-check your email is typed correctly

  2. Tap "Get my OTP" again

  3. Check inbox and spam within 3 minutes

⚠️ Don't tap "Get my OTP" more than once every 2 minutes — rapid repeat requests can cause delivery delays.


Step 3 — Try a different way to open your email
Some email apps (especially on older Android phones) don't sync automatically:

  • Open your email in a web browser (gmail.com, yahoo.com, outlook.com) instead of the app

  • Pull down to refresh your inbox manually

  • Check All Mail in case the email was auto-archived


Step 4 — Using a work or university email?
Corporate email systems often block automated emails from unfamiliar senders. Try:

  1. On the login screen, enter a personal Gmail/Yahoo/Outlook email instead

  2. If you have a Durioo+ account on that email, the OTP will arrive there

  3. If not, your registered email is likely the corporate one — contact us (below) and we'll help you update it


Step 5 — Log in with a password instead

  1. Open the Durioo+ app or go to duriooplus.com

  2. Tap Login Now → Log In / Sign Up → Sign up / Log in using other methods

  3. Tap Sign in with password

  4. Enter your email and password

💡 Haven't set a password yet? Tap "Create or Reset Password" on that screen and follow the email instructions.


Still not receiving the OTP?
Our team can manually verify your account and log you in. Contact us with:

  • Your registered email address

  • Which device and email app you're using (e.g. iPhone, Gmail app)

  • Whether the email lands in spam or doesn't arrive at all
