How Do I Reset My Password?
If you’ve forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, don't worry! You can reset it in just a few simple steps.
Important: If you are currently logged in but want to change your password, please log out of your Durioo+ account first before following these steps.
Open the Durioo+ App.
Tap “Login Now”.
Tap “Login/Sign Up”.
Select “Sign up/Log in using other methods”.
Select “Sign in with password”.
Tap the link: “Create or Reset Password here”.
Enter your registered email address and tap “Send password reset instructions”.
Check your email inbox and follow the onscreen instructions to set your new password.
Go to: https://duriooplus.com/
Click "Login now" at the top right of the page
Click "Log In / Sign Up" button
Click "Sign Up / Log in with Email" button
Click "Sign in with password" button
Click the link: “Create or Reset Password here”.
Enter your registered email address and select “Send password reset instructions”.
Check your email inbox and follow the onscreen instructions to set your new password.
If you are already at your TV and realize you’ve forgotten your password, you can trigger a reset link directly from the big screen.
Open the Durioo+ App on your TV.
Select 'Sign in with your remote' on the login screen.
On the right side of the screen, click the 'Create or reset password here' link.
Enter your Email: Use the on-screen keyboard to type in your registered email address.
Click 'Send reset password instructions'.
Check your Email: A reset link will be sent to your inbox. Open the email on your phone or computer and follow the instructions to set your new password.
Return to TV: Once you have successfully updated your password, go back to your TV and click the 'Log in now' button.
You can now log in and start watching using your brand-new password!
