App Freezes or Hangs After Login

If the Durioo+ app opens and lets you sign in but then freezes, hangs, or stops responding before you can browse or watch, try the steps below in order.

This is different from a black screen before login. If the app will not open at all, see App Not Opening, Black Screen, or Crashing on Phone or Tablet.

Step 1: Force-close the app and reopen it

Close the app completely — swipe it away from your recent apps list — then reopen it. Do not just press the Home button. A full close clears any stuck process.

Step 2: Check your internet connection

A slow or dropped connection right after login can cause the app to hang while it loads your profile and content. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if one works better. Try opening a website or another app to confirm your connection is working.

Step 3: Free up phone storage

If your device storage is nearly full, apps can freeze during loading. Go to your phone settings and check available storage. Delete photos, unused apps, or offline downloads to free up space, then try again.

Step 4: Clear the app cache (Android)

Go to Settings > Apps > Durioo+.
Tap Storage > Clear Cache.
Reopen the app and sign in.

iOS does not have a manual cache clear. Skip to Step 5 if you are on an iPhone.

Step 5: Update the app

An outdated version of the app can have bugs that cause freezing after login. Open the Play Store or App Store, search for Durioo+, and install any available update.

Step 6: Uninstall and reinstall the app

If nothing above worked, uninstall Durioo+ and install it fresh from the Play Store or App Store. Your account and watch history are stored on our servers — nothing is lost.

On iPhone, reinstalling removes your local login. Use the Restore Purchase button after signing back in if you subscribed via Apple. See How to Restore a Purchase on iPhone.
