App Not Opening, Black Screen, or Crashing on Phone or Tablet
If the Durioo+ app won't open, shows a black screen, or keeps crashing — don't worry, your subscription and watch history are completely safe. This usually happens after an app update or when temporary files need to be cleared. Choose your device below and try the steps in order, testing the app after each one.
Step 1 — Force close and reopen
Press and hold the Durioo+ app icon
Tap App Info → Force Stop
Wait 10 seconds, then reopen the app
Step 2 — Clear the app cache
This removes temporary files that cause crashes — it does not affect your account.
Go to Settings → Apps → Durioo+
Tap Storage → Clear Cache
Reopen the app and test
Step 3 — Update Android System WebView ⭐
This is the most common fix for crashes after an app update — most people miss this step.
Open Google Play Store
Search for "Android System WebView"
Tap Update if one is available
Restart your phone and reopen Durioo+
Step 4 — Check for app updates
Open Google Play Store → search "Durioo+" → tap Update if available.
Step 5 — Restart your device
Turn your phone off completely, wait 1 minute, then turn it back on.
Step 6 — Uninstall and reinstall Durioo+
Use this only if the steps above haven't worked.
Press and hold the Durioo+ icon → Uninstall
Restart your device
Open Google Play Store → search "Durioo+" → Install
Log back in with your registered email address
💡 Reinstalling logs you out, but your subscription, profiles, and watch history are all saved to your account — nothing is lost.

Step 1 — Force close and reopen
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause to see open apps
Swipe Durioo+ up to close it
Wait 10 seconds, then reopen
Step 2 — Offload the app (clears files without deleting your data)
Open Settings → General → iPhone/iPad Storage
Scroll to Durioo+
Tap Offload App, then Reinstall App
Reopen and test
Step 3 — Check for app updates
Open App Store → tap your profile icon (top right) → scroll to Durioo+ → tap Update if available.
Step 4 — Update your iOS
Older iOS versions can cause app instability.
Go to Settings → General → Software Update
If available, tap Download and Install
Reopen Durioo+
Step 5 — Restart your device
Hold Power + Volume Down until the slider appears → slide to power off → wait 1 minute → turn back on.
Step 6 — Uninstall and reinstall Durioo+
Press and hold the Durioo+ icon → Remove App → Delete App
Turn your device off for 2 minutes, then back on
Open App Store → search "Durioo+" → Download
Log back in with your registered email address
