How to Cancel on Google Play?

If you subscribed to Durioo+ through the Google Play Store, your subscription is managed by Google. You will need to cancel directly in Google Play. Submitting our cancellation form will not stop the Google charge.

On Android (phone or tablet)

1. Open the Google Play Store app.

2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

3. Tap Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.

4. Find Durioo+ and tap it.

5. Tap Cancel subscription.

6. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm.

Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further charges will be made after that.

On a computer

1. Go to play.google.com and sign in.

2. Click your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.

3. Find Durioo+ and click Manage > Cancel subscription.

Did not get a cancellation email?

Google sends a confirmation email when a subscription is cancelled. If you do not receive one within a few minutes, check your spam folder or repeat the steps above to confirm the cancellation went through.
