How to Cancel on Apple App Store?

If you subscribed to Durioo+ through the Apple App Store, your subscription is managed by Apple. You will need to cancel through your Apple Account settings. Submitting our cancellation form will not stop the Apple charge.

On iPhone or iPad

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.

3. Tap Subscriptions.

4. Find Durioo+ and tap it.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

6. Confirm when prompted.

If you do not see a Cancel Subscription button, the subscription may already be cancelled or set to expire at the end of the current period.

On Mac

1. Open the App Store.

2. Click your name or profile icon at the bottom-left.

3. Click Manage next to your Subscriptions.

4. Find Durioo+ and click Edit > Cancel Subscription.

Family Sharing

If your subscription was purchased by a family organiser, only the organiser can cancel it. Contact the family organiser to cancel on your behalf.
