How Do I Sign In to Durioo+ on My TV?
Once Durioo+ is installed on your TV, you need to sign in with your Durioo+ account. There are two ways to do this — using your phone (quick, no typing on the remote) or using your remote directly.

No typing on the remote. Takes about 10 seconds.
Available on: Android TV · Google TV · Xiaomi Mi TV/Box · LG · Amazon Fire TV · Roku · Apple TV
Open Durioo+ on your TV and select Sign in with phone
A code will appear on your TV screen (example: KH-4271)
Open the Durioo+ app on your phone — a confirmation prompt will appear automatically
Check that the code on your phone matches the code on your TV screen
Tap Approve — your TV signs in immediately, no typing needed
💡 Make sure you're already signed in on your Durioo+ phone app first. If not, log into the app on your phone before starting this step.
⚠️ Samsung TV users: Phone sign-in is not yet available on Samsung Smart TV. Please use Method 2 below.
Available on all TV platforms including Samsung.
Open Durioo+ on your TV and select Sign in with your remote
Enter your registered email address using the on-screen keyboard
Choose your preferred sign-in method:
OTP (one-time password):
Select Login with OTP
Tap Get my OTP — a code will be sent to your email inbox
Enter the code on your TV and tap Continue
Password:
Select Sign in with password
Enter your Durioo+ account password and tap Continue
Use the exact email address you used when subscribing to Durioo+.

You can reset your password from the TV login screen:
Select Sign in with your remote
Select Sign in with password
Select Create or Reset Password Here
Enter your email address and tap Send password reset instructions
