|---|---|
iPhone / iPad | iOS / iPadOS 15.1 or later (full list on the tab below) |

❓ Frequently asked questions
I can't find Durioo+ in the App Store or Play Store — why?
On iPhone or iPad: your device is likely running iOS below 15.1. The original iPad Air, iPad mini 2, and iPad mini 3 cannot be updated past iOS 12 — these devices cannot install Durioo+.
On Android: this usually means the Android version is below 7.0, the device is not Google-certified, or Durioo+ is not available in your Play Store account's region. Try updating the Play Store app and Google Play Services first — that is easier than an OS upgrade and sometimes resolves the issue.
How do I check my OS version?
iPhone or iPad: Settings → General → About → check "Software Version."
Android: Settings → About phone → check "Android version."
My device meets the requirements but I'm still having trouble. What should I do?
Update your device to the latest available OS, then update the Durioo+ app from the App Store or Play Store. Log out and log back in. If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall the app. If it still doesn't work, contact us at support@durioo.com.
My device doesn't meet the requirements. Is there a workaround?
No — this is a hardware limit set by Apple or Google, not something Durioo+ controls. There is no setting or workaround that changes this. The only option is a device that meets the requirements above.
