Google Play Store Download Stuck at 99%/100% on Android TV/Tablet

On Android TV, this is almost always caused by a corrupted Google Play Store cache or insufficient background storage buffer space (even if the TV says it has space, it needs double the app's size to extract the file). Here are the step-by-step troubleshooting steps you may use:- Step 1: Cancel and Force-Stop the Play Store On the Android TV home screen, go to the top right and click the Settings (Gear icon). Go to Apps > See all apps. Scroll down and find Google Play Store. Click on it and select Force Stop, then click OK. Step 2: Clear Play Store Data & Cache (The Core Fix) While still on that same Google Play Store app settings screen: Scroll down and click Clear Cache, then select OK. Click Clear Data, then select OK. Step 3: Free Up the Storage Buffer Android TVs need extra temporary space to unzip an installation file. If the TV internal storage is near full, the installation will freeze at 100%. Go back to main Settings > Device Preferences (or System) > Storage. Check the Internal Shared Storage. If it has less than 500MB to 1GB free, please uninstall 1 or 2 unused apps to create a buffer. Step 4: Restart the TV and Re-download Unplug the Android TV power cable from the wall for 20 seconds, then plug it back in. Open the Google Play Store again, search for Durioo+, and click install. It should now pass the 100% mark and show "Installed."
