Getting Started

How Does the Daily Watch Limit Work?

What does "Time's up. It's time for rest" mean?

If your child sees this message, the profile has used its 60 minutes for the day. It is not an error — it is the Free plan's daily watch limit working as intended.

They can watch again the next day once the limit resets.

To remove the limit permanently, upgrade to VIP. See Free vs VIP: What's the difference?.

What happens when my child hits the limit?

The app will show a message letting you know the daily limit has been reached for that profile. Your child will not be able to watch more Durioo+ content on that profile until the next day. Other profiles on the same account are not affected — each profile has its own 60-minute counter.

Does the limit apply per profile or per account?

Per profile. If you have two child profiles on a Free account, each one gets 60 minutes independently.

Is the daily watch limit the same as Screen Time Limits?

No. These are two different features.

  • The daily watch limit (60 minutes) is a Free plan restriction that applies automatically. You cannot adjust or remove it on a Free plan.

  • Screen time limits are a VIP feature that lets you as a parent set a custom daily or weekly watch limit for each child profile. See How to Set and Manage Screen Time Limits.

On VIP, there is no automatic 60-minute cap. You choose how much your child watches by setting your own screen time rules, or leave it unlimited.

How do I remove the daily watch limit?

Upgrade to VIP. See Free vs VIP: What's the difference? or go to duriooplus.com to subscribe.
