Why Can’t I Access Certain Shows or Videos?
It can be frustrating when you can't find a specific show, but there are usually a few simple reasons why content might be hidden. Durioo+ is designed to be highly customizable, so please check the following settings to ensure your library is fully visible:
1. "Vocal Only" Mode is ON
This is a unique Durioo+ feature for families who prefer content without musical instruments. When turned ON, the app automatically hides all videos that contain music.
The Fix: Go to Settings and Parental Controls > Vocal Only (No Music). Ensure this is OFF to see all musical content (Tap Vocal + Music mode).
2. Manage Channels Settings
You may have accidentally hidden a specific "Channel" (like Little Ammar or Mina Mila). If a channel is toggled off, its shows will not appear on the home screen or in search results.
The Fix: Go to Settings and Parental Controls > Select Profile > Manage Channels. Ensure your preferred channels are toggled ON.
3. Age Profile Settings
Safety first! If a profile is set to a younger age group, our system automatically filters out content meant for older children.
The Fix: Go to Settings and Parental Controls > Select Profile > Video Ages. To see all content, ensure all age groups are selected.
4. Fast-Paced Content Filter
Durioo+ allows you to hide "Fast-Paced" videos—shows with rapid scene changes that can be overstimulating for some children. If this is Disabled, many high-energy shows will be hidden.
The Fix: Go to Settings and Parental Controls > Fast-Paced Content. Ensure this is Enabled if you want to see all available shows.
5. Video Language Settings
Some videos are linked to specific language profiles. If your app is filtered to one language, videos that don't have that specific translation may not appear in your feed.
The Fix: Go to Settings and Parental Controls > App Settings > Video Languages. Try selecting multiple languages to expand your library.
External Factors
Region Restrictions: Due to licensing agreements, certain titles are only available in specific countries. If you are traveling, the library may look different.
Content Updates: We occasionally take videos down temporarily to improve video quality or add new languages. They usually return better than ever!
💡 Quick Tip: After changing any of the settings above, we recommend restarting the Durioo+ app on your device to ensure the home screen refreshes and shows all available content.
