How do I Set or Reset Parental PIN?
The Parental PIN ensures that only you can access sensitive areas like account info, profile settings, app settings, screen time limits settings and etc.. Whether you are setting it for the first time or need to reset a forgotten one, here is how to do it.
Open the Durioo+ App.
Go to 'Settings and Parental Controls'.
When prompted for a PIN, tap the 'Reset PIN' button at the bottom of the screen.
Check Your Email: A 4-digit OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered email address.
Enter OTP: Return to the app and enter the OTP code.
Note: This code can only be used once.Create Your New PIN: You will now be prompted to set up a new 4-digit PIN.
Done! You can now use this PIN to access all parental settings moving forward.

Keep it Private: Choose a 4-digit number that is easy for you to remember but hard for your children to guess (avoid "1234" or "0000").
OTP Troubleshooting: If you don't see the OTP email within 2 minutes, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.
One Code Only: Each OTP is unique and expires after a short time. If it doesn't work, simply tap "Resend Code" to get a fresh one.

Click the Settings (Gear icon) at the top right of the page.
Select 'Settings and Parental Controls'.
Click the link: ‘Forgot your PIN? Reset Here’.
Check Your Email: Look for the email containing your 4-digit OTP.
Enter OTP: Fill in the OTP on the verification screen.
Create Your New PIN: Enter a new 4-digit PIN and confirm.
Done! You can now use this PIN to access all parental settings moving forward.
